      There are some leaders worth meeting, they teach you enought for you to start functioning on their projects

      Some leaders are just bad. Poor comunication and leadership skills, they do not offer much to learn from as a professional

      I guess one of the pros is that I was getting a salary to pay for my rent

      Cons

      Terrible culture with 2 tiers of employees (Spanish vs. Non-Spanish) where the Spanish ones are treated like royalty (especially in terms of salary, since they make significantly more money than the non-Spanish at their level), and the rest are just expendable. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemies, and resigning was one of the most sound decisions I made in my professional life.
