Pros

+ Good young environment within the staff members + Extensive exposure to clients from the get-go + Traveling opportunities other offices (mainly Madrid) to work in projects

Cons

- Appalling HR and Admin: incompetence in dealing with documentation and incapable of admitting mistakes (twice they forgot to pay salaries). Almost 2000 employees and still runs like a start-up.No improvements in the horizon since the teams are mostly interns that stay for 6 months. - Dishonest and weak management: phony CVs sent to clients and a lot of pseudo-worrying about your career without any real result. Moreover management seems unprepared on the topics they discuss time with the clients. Uneasy feeling with your managers when the impression is that only the ones that are without scrupulous and persistent resisted. - Lack of interesting projects: Most of the work is operations and admin related to IT in banks. Basically large Spanish banks outsource their not so desired roles to Management Solutions. You end up doing IT support or BAU tasks that are mind-numbing and nothing to do with consulting. In the event of being thrown as a contractor, expect to be left there until you complain or quit. - Spanish above all else: complete lack of uniformity of policies. If you're from a peripheral office that is not Madrid you are treated like a second degree employee with different policies and a compensation package that is nowhere near competitive. - Out of touch CEO: the CEO of the company enforces a strict, patriarchal, overly centralized company policy which is completely out of touch for other countries. - Little recognition outside Spain: Unknown company for most of the world, little added value on your CV if you plan to go for interviews.

Cons

Very long hours even when there is no work to do (not strange to finish after 10pm). Salaries are quite low compared to other companies. No benefits at all, no bonus, no pension fund, no phone... nothing. Annual salary increases are quite low Work consists in powerpoint and excel 85% of the time.
