      Early on in the career, you get great exposure with clients. There is a clear career path, where you grow every year and get more responsibilities.

      Cons

      Poor management. Not a lot of room to find mentors who are willing to take time to help you grow. Managers tend to over-sell projects, without robust teams. Low pay.
