      Pros

      International experience, if one's looking for it, salary, per diem and conditions when working abroad. Great work environment due to great coworkers.

      Cons

      One's asked for his/her opinion all the time, but that won't matter anything at the end of the day. Company policy changes constantly, and MS doesn't think you should be notified about it.

      International projects, opportunity to work in various relevant industries, multicultural enviornment, they give a master in business consulting as formation.

      Cons

      Some of the projects are boring; the teams leadership sometimes are not very efficient; there is a lack of structure in the way some projects are conducted.
