      Good salaries, good work environment. If you like risk management you will like it

      It is called Estrategy and Operation consultancy but it is more Operation and technology implementation

      Great base pay and raises (for spain), but very long hours.

      Pros

      Generous raises, big clients (mainly banks), the firm will make you take a business consulting Master's​ and several courses on topics dependant on you career path.

      Cons

      Will usually ask for you to stay after 19 pm contrary to what the contract says without any compensation for the extra hours.
