      It is a stable job and, you have the opportunity of fast professional growth. You can learn a lot of different things from each project. Every day is different and, you do not do repetitive tasks. Young team ambient. No experience is required. Possibility to travel to other countries. Medical insurance.

      Cons

      Long work days, I usually work around 13 hours per day, The personal and work life is hard to manage, Low salary vs the number of worked hours. As project needs, you have to work on holy days and weekends. There are days when you are under a lot of pressure.
