Bad culture Long hours which are not a appreciated Don’t work here unless you’re Spanish or European Doesn’t adapt to UK culture and way of working No benefits Low salary compared to industry Rude management and unprofessionalism No respect for out of hours and holidays - always was contacted during these times Randomly calls without asking - basic company etiquette Just don’t work here they don’t care Very unprofessional with clients - been asked to record confidential client meetings on my phone They make you a space to the client and don’t respect employee time HR is terrible! One lady who never responds to messages and you have to chase multiple times Everything mainly based in Spain None of the seniors and HR respond unless you cc a partner in DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM
