      Pros

      Good training potential, will sponsor qualifications and language courses. Potential for international work experiences in over 20 countries. Good team members

      Cons

      Politics are important here. Haven't gotten much response from HR with regards to language courses or qualification training. Tedious tasks, and a lot of passing on of blame makes work stressful at times and its easy to feel left out.

      Pros

      You learn a lot from the beginning. Double digit salary increase assured every year. In a short time you can earn a lot of responsabilities that you wouldn´t get somewere else. EVERYONE helps you when you need it, even though they may be in another project, Even if the workload can be high, you learn a lot while doing it and can be usefull even if you don´t want to be in consultancy in the long run. Working atmosphere is positive among te teams. Very high exposure to high position workers from the clients. Many resources spent on training.

      Cons

      Longer hours than many jobs. Low salary at the beginning. The companys commitment to meet the deadlines means you´re under pressure to finish in time.

      Pros

      You are quickly immersed in challenging projects, giving you great opportunities to learn and develop your skill-sets. Also, you have a great exposure to high-tier clients, being an active participant in meetings with Senior level banking executives.

      Cons

      As regards benefits, the pay is extremely low and the only benefit you get is an OK medical insurance. As regards working hours, they are quite long and clearly do not reflect adequately the benefits received. Finally, there are many long moments (sometimes a month or more) in which you have nothing to do as you are either waiting for a project to begin or waiting to receive certain data, and during your first days you also face this problem as the company does not have an introductory program and merely hands you a very long power point presentation with which to enjoy yourself for one or two weeks.
