Pros

- Great benefits schemes - Pension, healthcare and free car parking

Cons

- Very badly managed Support department. - Company vision shrouded - Non-useful titles created for people to "progress" within the organization. - No training plans, industry-recognized certifications, or development present for those working within the support department - Management not penalized for their continuous incompetence - Heavily micromanaged environment - Wouldn't advise to any expecting to develop their career in technology - Okay place to work if you are not interested in developing your knowledge and qualifications
