There was no plan even for 1 week, urgent tasks would appear at random time and the rest of the time there was nothing to do. Management has no idea of what they want, would change the development direction completely every 2 months. Existing technical solutions are bad but the management pushes to make them even worse. The management is not technically qualified however they would push their technical ideas even if the engineers protest.
HQ office is the one making all the decisions and if you are not there you don't even understand whats's going on.
