      I cannot agree more with the comment on the tyrant made on Dec 8 'Time to clean house!' from a former Director. What is worst is that the PM who reports to the tyrant is a totalitarian. Can someone explain why the Compliance department have the highest turnover rate in the entire global company. It is a shame that they proclaim about ethics but demonstrates the contrary.

      How much time do you have? Let's stick to the Top 3: 1. An environment where "bullying" is not only accepted but encouraged. 2. Sycophants running wild at all levels of supervision/management, from the very TOP down. Again, it is an acceptable practice here. 3. An incompetent and non-sharing Leadership Team.
