Good insurance. Overtime is plentiful.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. A management shift caused most salary office staff to quit including most of their Engineers, IT professionals, all Controls Engineers and Quality Engineers. Turnover is high and fast.

Learning opportunities are there in some department Work from home during covid is taken care nicely No deductions and timely salary during covid

No work life balance, can really affect onces mental peace Management is not good, so much politics involved (blame games) No facilities and No progress related to HR department (infrastructure , basic facilities) More work is expected in less time Managers don't understand the issues and only focus on KPIs counts After expecting lot of work, increment is very less
