Pros

None anymore after what just happened.

Cons

Our CIO want to be just left (or was asked to leave, we will never know). He lasted around 1.5 years, better than the guy before him. He promoted the wrong people, he hired the wrong people, he fired the wrong people, listened to the president, and then left. Bravo again to everyone involved. The international crew will now show up help change things again. The issue is that they are in it for themselves. HR is constantly spying on employees. They always side with Driveline because they have no power whatsoever. Quality Department head is related to someone in the company. Purchasing VP just left to go work at a university. The list goes on folks.

Pros

Some great people, fast paced environment, interesting products and product lines. Your work will never get boring. Good benefits and nice vacations entitlement with seniority.

Cons

Too much stress, not enough people to handle the work. Insane overtime is expected and never appreciated. Worked many weekends and nights without a thank you. Mid level has been cleared in order to make room for some "Director Level fools" who a) are well connected or b) to expensive to let go.

Pros

Pay wasn't bad as of two years ago but limited ability to increase after cap and lack of concern for increased cost of living are something to consider. Mostly decent people just trying to get by in a fast paced and competitive automotive field. I haven't seen any of the unresolved safety issues lead to a fatality only disfigurement and severed limbs historically speaking.

Cons

Basic middle school gossip and rumor mill issues. Outside of people's personal/private life as a topic of discussion communication is deplorable. New leadership promises safety then quality above production needs and managers/supervisor between seem to lose sight of that regularly. Over inflated egos behind closed doors and on golf courses play out self as serving agendas on the production floors regularly. Worst part is probably the good people who slowly give up for fear of retaliation, isolation, ridicule.
