Good development program for new engineers. Learned a lot with focus on practical knowledge.

Cons

Bad future outlook for contracts; The overall structure of the company was a little too hierarchical. Other then that I do not have more bad things to say about the company.

Tremendous efforts put forth to make sure the production personnel are comfortable and happy with the work environment. Corporate and Division level engineer groups focus heavily on R&D to bring innovation into the production facilities

Cons

Potentially long work hours. Technical groups have in the past been overlooked on QOL issues.
