There are absolutely no pros about Magna International

Cons

Magna Electronics one of the division of Magna International is one of the worst place to work at. The upper management treat their employees badly. There is no work life balance. The leads don't do any work, the managers don't know how to manage the team. The HRs are useless, they don't respond to you irrespective of messaging/emailing them multiple times. The upper management at Magna Electronics have no idea how to run the company.

Cons

A lot of backstabbing and fake people. They will tell you everything is ok but terminate you first chance they get. Company says they are world class but the only thing they are world class at is non existent training. When asked for training they will say yeah we will get on that and it never happens but then ask you why you didn’t know something.
