      No room to grow, glass ceiling for all unless you are related to someone high above.

      Pros

      Casual business attire allowed, competitive benefits. Direct corporate hotline for any complaints regarding any violations of company policies.

      Cons

      They actively go after young employees to pay them peanuts and get rid of them as soon as they have acquired enough vacation and high salary. Unless you know someone who likes you or is related to you high above in corporate, your days are numbered after you hit 40.

      Magna has everything right on paper, but they are still a large company.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement. Interesting work, as a you can get into many varieties of engineering and the company has the respect of its customers. Nice benefits package.

      Cons

      Management roles on their whims, don't count on bonuses following the metrics. It is not clear who has the power; local management, corporate, consultants. Each division competes a bit too aggressively vs. cooperating.
