      Extremely Incompetent Senior Management

      Pros

      Higher than average pay. (They have to pay higher to get people to stay.) Very slow to fire poor performing employees.

      Cons

      Complete lack of vision from senior management. Employees treated like children. WAY too many layers of management, not enough employees doing the actual work!

      Pros

      Not alot of opportunity for advancement, unless you are well connected at the top in Canada.

      Cons

      Performance reviews are late, and always on the negative side. Too much negative influence from Canada, and dismissal of good Donnelly employees for bottom line driven corporate people. Open door policy from top management does not exist.
