Pros

Colleagues are dedicated and sincere. The human resources department is staffed with employees that really care. Management has been increasingly sensitive to the diverse make-up of their employees. Macy's is an exciting part of American culture. It's iconic special events like Passport, Flower Show, Fireworks and Thanksgiving Day Parade contributes to the community while positively reflecting Macy's brand image.

Cons

Main focus is profit. Although there is some philanthropy there should be significantly more. So many employees it's sometimes hard to be seen as an important individual.
