Discount is overall the best part of macys! working with the customers is great if you enjoy that line of work

management is a do as i say not as I do! Very poor leadership! Doesnt not give the right amount of feedback and when they do it is always about what is being done wrong! Very sad when your management team cannot even work as a team!
