Pros

Great people (on the whole), good (but not great) remuneration, good opportunities to progress if your face fits

Cons

Appalling work - life balance, some senior managers appointed / promoted far beyond their abilities, dreadful blame culture, company vision keeps changing without having the necessary systems or training in place, poor computer systems lagging behind the industry standards, always chasing the next opportunity before ensuring the basics of the business are up to it. Inconsistent management.

Pros

I loved the 3 weeks holidays and not having to go in the office all the time. I also love the training which is continuous!

Cons

Very poor management. No longevity and high turnover. The methodology changes yearly. Also, certain managers like to fire customers and give them ultimatums while charging premium prices. Not exactly a way to keep customers. No loyalty!
