Relaxed atmosphere, nice colleagues, freedom to come and go as you want on your own responsibility, great mobility options to other fraction/departments, good and healthy lunch

Cons

As the company has a mother company in France, policies and decisions are often made from the top from the French market, which doesn't always suit other countries. Management can be overly ambitious, and many workers are hit hard by changes and piles of work.
