      Professional but stuck in their ways

      Well structured, good training and well run company Daily lunch allowance of about £6 when you're out and about

      Cons

      Very admin heavy A lot of "box ticking" esp re number of appointments etc, quantity over quality Very slow to get anything done internally Targets amended after month ended so felt they were manipulated
