Pros

Training Catalogue launch Michelle Lemire and her efforts.

Cons

Must be from France to advance Too much admin for reps always in meetings, no time to sell Montreal management - too junior No control on pricing - management always plays with pricing, so you waste your time making proposals National mgr's play with field accounts, lose them, and stick you with the numbers - you will be held responsible expected to be on the road 40 hrs per week, admin at night. You are only paid for 37.5 hours Base salary is okay, but if you look, there is better out there.

Pros

Some good drivers in the crew.

Cons

Local management style is hostile and confrontational. With no ability to create a positive team environment. Driver turnover is an ongoing issue.
