Stressful targets that are unreachable most days. 16 calls a day. the amount of tracking and paper work goes right into the weekend. it is unbearable. had family members help organizer it because it was too much. too much driving around and I think it contributed to me getting an auto-immune disease due to the stress of driving around and cold calling daily. they make it seem like professional position in their titles etc but it isn't. it is for kids out of school that don't know any different. high turn over and more for people that are into MLM because you need to be that kind of personality to last in that environment. Its not my kind of professional position. I'm more executive level at a high level company.

Lyreco in Telford have this corporate mantra “Lyreco Goodness” - and they are at every awards night, support every conceivable initiative and are at the forefront of every “International **fill in the blanks here** Day.” The reality on a day-to-day basis couldn’t be further from the truth. My experience in the ‘People and Culture’ team was horrific - the worst in a long career, which prior to and after working here, has been thoroughly enjoyable. Bullying and intimidation was a day to day occurrence, as well as micro management, gossiping, exclusion and cliques.
