High productivity goals Offers higher pay to new starters The opportunity to develop yourself in Customer Care is almost impossible and the only option for career development is to leave the company or change department.

Not a great place to work for mangers are stuck up And not fair If someone new heals come in they favour them over you Lies and setting people up to fail If your not liked then you will be out that door as quickly as you entered No matter how hard working you are

Cons

Team leaders and managers think they can control you Lies and set up you to fail Not many Coloured people working About 2 if I can remember
