The workplace is fun and supportive, the business does recognise good work and you are rewarded and recognised for working hard. the different areas of the business you can really see how every department works cooperatively to achieve the bigger goal. Employees are nice and friendly, which creates a great culture, accompanying this with great benefits and initiatives such as wellbeing and diversity and inclusion
