      Pros

      Great and understanding management, comfortable office and quite a cheap location (Malaga, seriously not the most expensive city to live in)

      Cons

      Probably, the only one is the location of the office itself, Andalucia Technological Park is situated quite far away from Malaga itself so for people used to work in the center bus trips might be frustrating in the beginning.

      Pros

      First of all a nice team and co-workers from all around the world. Localsoft gives young people and career changers the opportunity to gain experience in the industr.You'll get support from experienced colleagues and a well organzied onboarding.

      40min bus trip from Malaga centre.

      Pros

      Great location, good salary considering the cost of life in the area.

      Cons

      Only short term contracts (as in, even 3-days contracts) are offered. No permanent PM team in place anymore. The management flat-out refuse to give his best employees the chance to grow in the company.
