Good Company to Work For

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Liberty is honest and transparent about pay. The work environment for engineers is generally understanding about work-life balance and personal issues. The company is making very slow but steady headway into modernizing

Cons

Enormous enterprise systems that run on obsolete and unsupported platforms (like Internet Explorer). Naturally, these programs can be frustrating to work with and have tons of tech debt. Large bureaucracy means very slow changes and a few Dilbert moments.
