Pros

Nationwide, multi-lines, typically strong training, outside schooling, opportunities for advancement, opportunities to change direction/department/expertise, competitive.

Cons

recent change in philosophy/branding (phasing out the regional names/companies that strictly dealt with independent agencies), this is also a pro as it takes advantage of the NAME. Office realignment/location has been somewhat fluid. Lack of resources and support to areas/departments that are not in the long term plans.

An abundance of great opportunities at the bottom, supportive and responsive supervisors and managers. Straight forward and open compensation strategy.

Cons

I have not experienced any to date. There are of course the normal elements of any large organization but nothing that sticks out or has been a significant hurdle.
