Great pay, downtown Boston location, good subsidized food court, work-life balance is very healthy.

Cons

No fitness facility, lockers, showers, or kitchens for staff. If you bring a lunch, expect to wash out your container in the bathroom sink. Corporate structure is stuffy without any casual Fridays.

Great 3 month training program for someone who wants to get started in the insurance industry. Very active in the community and strong advertising campaign.

Cons

Dropping base salary for a 5 year period. For the 1st 2 years, if you don't sell enough policies, you will lose your job.
