Competitive pay if you're in the right department, co-workers are generally hard working and focused on great customer service, still has a pension and benefits are very good. Nice incentives and annual bonus based on company performance.

Cons

Lots of managment changes recently and there is little communication or leadership right now. Career opportunities can be limited unless you can move to Boston.

The people are great, the benefits are great and the work environment is great.

Cons

With the exception of my supervisor, other supervisors played favoritism and blatently put down other employees to other supervisors - practically in front of the other employees. Very unprofessional supervisors. Some were promised promotions after transferring to the dept which have never happened.
