Generous to their employees. Respectful, full benefits from DAY ONE!, pension, 401K.... The best trasining program I have ever been through. Once they make a hire, they provide all tools and more to succeed. They are looking for high integrity and a strong independent work ethic. As well as a team player.

Great job just when just out of college or new to Boston area as great to meet friends and co-workers while working at a large company. Also pays fairly well.

Cons

The office is very corporate. Have to wear suits everyday. No open toed shoes are allowed. Cubicles and lots of management hierarchy. Lots of "titles" and playing the corporate "game" to get to the top just wasn't for me and probably not for a lot of folks in my generation (20-30 something's). Lots of hours too so very little work/life balance.
