The company is well run but the way they calculate annual bonuses should change.

The people are generally smart and easy to work with. Management seems to run the business well, generally. The job security is pretty good.

Cons

They base bonuses half on overall company performance and half on personal performance. This means that if you have a good year, and your division has a good year you'll still get a weak bonus if others divisions in the company do poorly.

Close work with direct managers. Work is decently easy for college students so perfect for first internship. Work-life balance is great since limited to 40 hr weeks.

Cons

Work was not as complex or entertaining as I was hoping.
