Pros

Great growth opportunities, support for training and development, excellent salary and benefits. The front-line employees are great to work with. Liberty is an emerging industry leader and junior employees can learn alot about how to run a successful business by working here.

Cons

Increasingly commoditized, turbulent and somewhat boring industry. Culture is somewhat 'stuffy' compared to other companies. Organizational politics among senior managers can stall projects.

This company provides a lot of training opportunities.

Cons

Protocols & senior management change constantly it is chaos. How can a company be successful in chaos? People work 80 hours a week but it is still not enough to tackle the enormous caseloads. Every year management sends out a survey. Staff question why do they bother as management does nothing about the terrible results. Many workers do not complete the survey as they are afraid it will result in their termination. It is a shame that an American company that started its business to help people live safer lives would treat their employees, their family, as badly as they do.
