large enterprise, lots of interesting projects, ability to move around the company. Incredible work life balance, you can really take your foot off the gas at any time

Cons

Unless you are on a very important project, most of your team members are contractors. So it's tough to feel like you're on a "team". There have definitely been all-star contractors I've worked with, but the vast majority are low performers, very transactional people who don't have a vested interest in the success of a project. This can lead to the culture of it just being a job.
