Pros

The benefits are good, the pay is decent, and the engaging activities are decent. The company overall has potential to be spectacular. Overall, a person will be okay if they come to work and truly separate work from their personal life.

Cons

Lack of development and opportunities especially for specific groups of people (black). The company truly embodies a "big business" and "buddy system" so the only way you can grow your careers is by connecting with those who have influence. Those who have influence only supports those who they deem are valuable. Many people in management positions are often intimidated by those who are bold and intelligent. HR supports management 100% and doesn't appear to support its front-line employees to address concerns. The majority of management lacks training and authenticity in emotional intelligence, and lack diverse training and relatability, and also lacks accountability to abide by the company's own morals and values. The company actually has a plethora of people with extensive educational and career background who are stuck at front-line employees because their overlooked by Liberty's culture to promote friends and pawns.

Senior leadership has gone downhill

Pros

The pros dwindle with each passing day and benefit taken from us.

Cons

Despite their motto of "putting people first," the reality is quite different. They want to be the "best place to work," and that is laughable. There is a blatant disregard for work-life balance, evidenced by frequent layoffs and a push for Return to Office (RTO) that lacks any logical basis. Job security is virtually non-existent, creating a constant atmosphere of uncertainty and stress among employees. It is particularly disheartening to see the executives prioritize the bottom line above all else, despite their own motto advocating for people-centric values. This discrepancy between words and actions has eroded trust and belief in the organization's leadership. What's most frustrating is the lack of genuine listening from management. Despite asking for feedback, it's clear they don't actually consider our input, which has eroded trust and morale. The morale has never been lower than it is now.

Pros

Training was fun. I was able to get my license on the job while being paid; even if they only have us 2 weeks to get it done.

Cons

They make every excuse to not promote or pay people more. The longer I work there, the more they tighten their reigns. It's a disgusting, micro managing, harsh punishing, fast paced, work environment with too much work and no reward, even if you're amazing at you job, they'll find a way to promote the lazy while giving you their work and pay you as little as possible. Also, if you work overtime you will be punished, but they give you so much work it's impossible to complete it in an 8 hour day, so you have to do it in secret, which means working overtime regularly and not being paid for it.
