Base pay decreases every month down to less than 20k by end of 2nd year as company feels your commission amount by this time should make up for or exceed difference. Not a bad company but know it's like any other sales position with expectations to hit numbers every month. It will take a lot of networking, booths at events, referrals, follow ups, energy, evenings,weekends,and time.

Now the cons to this job are many! The training aspect was by far nothing but the worst I have ever seen in the history of mankind. They barely help you to understand anything, but will require you to pull a certain amount of customers in a week, they won't even take into account if you're new to the field or anything it's just SELL SELL SELL. Management in the Philadelphia location horrible there were homeless people that will talk to you with more heart than that office. Nothing but liars who will steal your people in a matter of seconds if you don't watch your back. If you want people who care, want a team that will support you, want a management that will manage not put fear in you saying things like "if you don't do this than this could be your job", and if you want a great career in the insurance industry do yourself a favor just think about going to another company.
