Look up the definition of a toxic work environment and this company checks all the boxes. If you choose to work here climb fast, be a DEI hire, and know how to kiss up. Otherwise as the Captain Jack Sparrow says "Take what you can and give nothing back".

WFH mostly, can be Hybrid depending on location where you have to come in for large meetings 1-2x a month,

Heavy Workload, Management favoritism or not knowledgable, as you can have more experience than them, pay is low, bonuses is based on ratings which is subjective to Management bidding on your rating against the others in the dept. so if there are too many people in a certain rating, your rating could be adjusted lower which means lower bonus payout, you have no say in the rating that you get, growth is subjective to if management wants to allow you to move forward otherwise they will hold you back and not allow you to post out of the dept to other roles, there is not enough People of Color in Management or Senior roles either
