Flexible work arrangements, above-market pay, competitive benefits, access to training, diversity and inclusion efforts and education
Cons
Constantly restructuring, restructures poorly planned and executed, changing management models, haphazard implementation of agile, management espouses an environment of empowered teams but actions do not back up the words. Planning and decision making by Sr. Management so ill-informed that entire job functions are laid off only to later realize that they were necessary and need to re-hire. Instability makes it difficult to deliver valuable results and breeds political and toxic environments in some areas. Limited career options within NH.
