Does not support employees development When you bring up issues management takes it as an assault on them They turn on you in an instant, you can be getting high praise for negotiations and the next minute targeting you for minor things until they can get you on a performance plan. I could read from a mile away that there wasn't anything I could do to get off of the performance plan without them just letting me go. I was gaslit into oblivion when I tried to go over the subjective issues they tried to point out.
