Pros
Backing of a large american insurance group. Supportive colleagues who try to navigate challenges together. Work from home is unlimited. Very flexible. Guidance is 2 days per week. Many employees don't go to office anymore. Plenty of desks.
Cons
Reorganizations feel frequent, and leadership positions are sometimes left open for long periods. Headcount has noticeably reduced in recent years. From an employee perspective, many projects seem on hold and there is little visible investment in technology. Daily processes still feel very manual compared to what peers in the industry are doing. Communication can feel reactive, with changes often coming as a surprise.
