I have worked here for 7 years. I used to love it but I feel like a child with a babysitter coming to work everyday. There is no consistency in the job. One day it’s one thing and the very next day it may change. In the department I am in, this makes being successful very challenging. I am not afraid of change but there is no training involved, they nit pick you for everything you do here and they don’t appreciate you for a good job done. Also, flex time was recently implemented but then this week it was taken away from us. So much for work life balance.

Completely toxic, demoralizing, and unhealthy work environment where approximately 80% of employees feel like they’ll be fired on any given day. We are given about 12 hours of work per day but only 7.5 hrs to do it (overtime is being limited to 7 hours per month!) but we are penalized if we fall behind. The emphasis on metrics that are constantly changing is just ridiculous.
