Return to Office. Limited development opportunities. Senior leadership won't listen to any opinion outside what they want to do. The organization's goal of being a "best place to work" is laughable now.

C-level leadership, many of whom just stepped into their current roles this year, display narcissistic behaviors. They are comfortable impacting employees and mandating RTO despite employees' safety concerns and a lack of office space... but will never giving up their fleet of private jets or stop doing offsites at the Four Seasons. They do not act like executives but rather micromanage and operate like first time managers. With them as leaders, the culture has become one of fear, finger pointing and backstabbing. It was an amazing company prior to 2023. But now, look elsewhere.
