There is literally nothing good

Cons

Very low pay Bad treatment from other departments etc - cashier's are not treated as humans, just some being under everyone No pay transparency Leaders will make you feel guilty for having an accident Leaders will also demonize, humiliate you in front of customers for asking for a single day off weeks before that day
