Pros

The autonomy you have in your decisions (Negotiation with suppliers, Commercial operations...). Also the profit sharing through company shares and all the access to information you have (transparency).

Cons

There is an strong hierarchy. When you are a shop assistant you will rarely talk to the shop director, there are two more bosses above you (and it's only a shop!). The procedures are very slow (e.g changing prices) and the computer software is old.

nice people well know income policies very easy to get the job but very hard to keep it

Cons

just professional development if you are friend with managers long hours and work over weekend not much flexibility if you want to go back to school .i.e master
