Pros

-International atmosphere where everyone is really kind and friendly -Supportive colleagues and superiors that are always willing to help -Excellent training program to get you on on your feet quickly -Continued learning opportunities and the company really puts forth and effort to cultivate a great environment and culture

Cons

Sometimes working across different time zones can be a bit tricky, but your normal working hours are not violated by this (so not too much of a con)

Pros

- We have flat hierarchy - it makes communication very efficient and straight-forward. Even the C-level execs are easily reachable and very hands-on. - The company culture is genuinely healthy and positive. We have regular surveys to check on how we are doing individually (mental health, satisfaction, stress level etc.) and as a team (opportunities to learn, improve, celebrate wins etc.). In my opinion, it's a great practice that helps prevent burnout and make everyone heard proactively. - International environment: both colleagues and customers are very diverse regionally and culturally. - Challenging and dynamic day-to-day: Since we work on customized solutions for each of our global customers in different industries, there is always lots of newness and learning to do. - Flexibility: we have hybrid work arrangements - WFH and office. Most of the time, you can conveniently schedule school drop-off/pick-up, doctor's appt, or an afternoon walk into your day. - Atlanta team is awesome - genuinely friendly, helpful, and fun people.

Cons

- Since we are growing very fast, sometimes there is no established SOPs; so if you are not willing to lead, take ownership, or multi-task, this may be a con. - Not really a con, but worth mentioning - because of Covid, there is fewer opportunities to meet up with the global team in person.

Pros

After 20 years of developing first class technology and services solutions in Europe, LanguageWire has reached an inflection point and has its sights set on America. Leadership and ownership are very excited about our future and fully invested in our success. We are onboarding new accounts, growing our business and building a team and culture with new office space & talent. Current size and trajectory of US business feels much like a start up but with the support and backing of great leadership and team. These are exciting times and I'm very glad to be right here, right now!

Cons

Keeping up w the pace of change and supporting growth on all fronts can be challenging, which comes with frustrations and triumphs, but its all part of the excitement!
