      Great colleagues, up-to-date technology and a flexibility (work location and to some extent hours)

      Cons

      Currently still in the process of transitioning to new roles and positions and therefore sometimes roles are not quite clear (getting better though)

      -International atmosphere where everyone is really kind and friendly -Supportive colleagues and superiors that are always willing to help -Excellent training program to get you on on your feet quickly -Continued learning opportunities and the company really puts forth and effort to cultivate a great environment and culture

      Cons

      Sometimes working across different time zones can be a bit tricky, but your normal working hours are not violated by this (so not too much of a con)
