LW stated that they live by these 4 values CURIOUS, TRUSTWORTHY, CARING and AMBITIOUS. But if you are curious and you happen to mention this during your one to one, they will used it as an excuse to fire you later on. You believe that your team-lead got your back and you trust that they can help you, but they just add up to the list to kick you out. They workload and stress can be sometime unbearable, turning in some case to burnouts. As is natural, you would like to progress within a company but LW do not offer any career path, on the contrary they either externalize the task or hire someone from outside. So if you are ambitious look somewhere else.

They laid off people without apparent reason. From around 15 employees last year, they are now around 5. The company has their headquarters in Denmark and they are very small in the US market, hence there are high chances there is no professional grow while in US. As an European company, the war is affecting seriously their finances they do not have real grow in US.
