Pros

A lot of really good people working here (lower level), generally good atmosphere in many offices. You can make good friends here. Sales team is strong.

Cons

Compensation levels are low. HR is an unprofessional mess. Management has very little industry experience and this leads to poor and inconsistent decisions. Tech development is a mess - unclear priorities, poor procedures, insufficient understanding of the industry standards, products look good but are not up to scratch beneath the surface. Unfortunately, I would also describe the organisation as untrustworthy.

Nice office and nice colleagus plus Copenhagen is a great city.

Cons

Bad payments, long hours and disrespect from management. Bad language quality and no respect to translaters. Senior management will not listen and can act scary.
