Pros

Water at the office Fruits Pen and notebooks are free

Cons

LW stated that they live by these 4 values CURIOUS, TRUSTWORTHY, CARING and AMBITIOUS. But if you are curious and you happen to mention this during your one to one, they will used it as an excuse to fire you later on. You believe that your team-lead got your back and you trust that they can help you, but they just add up to the list to kick you out. They workload and stress can be sometime unbearable, turning in some case to burnouts. This has been pointed out several times to the HR (People and Culture) and board, and still no action have been taken, sorry one Yoga... As is natural, you would like to progress within a company but LW do not offer any career path, on the contrary they either externalize the task or hire someone from outside. So if you are ambitious look somewhere else.

Pros

I was based in the Spanish branch in Valencia. Great atmosphere, international, young, and dynamic.

Cons

Compensation is based on the Spanish market. Elements like languages and education are not really considered.

Pros

Free water and fruit, convenient location, easy to reach by public transportation.

Cons

They recently acquired Xplanation, which is a translation company to be avoided at all costs and which does not provide any possibility for growing. We basically sat all day doing simple and repetitive tasks without any supervision or orientation. Didn't learn anything and was payed very little.
